THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of end-to-end research projects. From survey design and programming to data management and client collaboration, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and outstanding client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage sample-only projects, survey programming, and data processing.
* Collaborate with clients to refine survey approaches and strategies.
* Ensure data quality, mitigate risks, and prepare post-event reports.
* Contribute to process improvement and tool development.
What would they like from you?
* 2+ years in project/account management, ideally in market research.
* Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), Excel, and data analysis.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
