The Group has significant further growth ambitions, To support these ambitions, we are seeking a talented Group Director of Growth and Transformation in this newly created executive leadership role. This role will create additional capacity at the executive board level and support the Executive Leadership Team in driving the Groups future success by identifying, shaping, and delivering high-value growth and value-creation initiatives across the companies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, foster innovation, enhance efficiency, and maximise commercial performance. This role requires a visionary leader, highly innovative and execution-focused, with at least five years of senior management experience gained within a large, growth-oriented businessideally with multi-site operations, an international focus, or with a complex supply chain. You must have a proven track record in delivering transformational projects, strong commercial acumen and exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills. Familiarity with sustainability initiatives is essential. Experience in digital transformation and advanced technology adoption, and M&A activity are highly desirable.
