Sales Lead - Land & Joint
Location: Berkshire
Salary: Up to £75k + bonus
Recently left the military and looking for a role in Sales? Looking at a second career move and built experience within Land systems and sales?
We're supporting a UK Defence SME in hiring a Sales Lead to work alongside their pursuit lead covering their Land & Joint portfolio.
The role will see you selling the business services and products across the Land domain. You will be responsible for generating revenue directly with MOD & also across Primes, OEMs and SI's, taking the product to market and closing deals with customers across the domain.
The role will see you at the front of the vertical, building the sales funnel through strategy, networking, and events. As the sales lead for the domain, you will be responsible for building and completing the sales pipeline and cycles.
You will work alongside the BD lead for the vertical and be responsible for conducting sales activity throughout the lifecycle.
This role could be suited to individuals with a background in the Land domain, specifically C2ISR systems, Signals, or infrastructure.

The position will blend a hybrid of time in the office in Berkshire, work from home, and being on the road at events, building key relationships within service and industry. As a scaling business with a well-founded reputation in the market, they offer the security of a Prime but with the agility and growth potential of an SME.
