Main duties of the job As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations. Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements. This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence.
