Customer Service Advisor - Japanese (Southend-On-Sea)

We’re searching for a highly skilled, experienced professional who can help contribute to our delivery of superior consumer service on behalf of our valued client.
What you will be responsible for:
1. First point of contact for all customer queries and providing product advice
2. Proactively work to mitigate any escalations, dealing with returns/exchanges, order status queries and provide information on time-line logistics
3. Brand ambassador for your client carrying exceptional customer service
4. Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and email
5. Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every conversation
What you’ll bring to the table:
6. A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
7. Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
10. Confident IT skills
11. Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
12. Experience within Customer Service
13. Being a self-motivated individual that has the ability to objection handle
Language Requirement:
14. Fluent in both English and Japanese, both written and verbal
15. C2 Level of English
Working Hours
16. Full Time - 40 hours per week
