Responsibilities
1. Provide professional support via calls, emails, and webchat, ensuring accurate updates to customer records.
2. Identify customer needs to recommend suitable products and services, enhancing satisfaction.
3. Conduct follow-up calls for renewals and welcome new customers.
4. Resolve queries efficiently with accurate information and solutions.
5. Process orders and handle related correspondence.
6. Manage live chat and inbound queries, forwarding them to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
7. Provide frontline telephone and email support.
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must:
1. Have previous experience within a similar role at the same level.
2. Ability to be flexible.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Able to work with minimum supervision.
5. Be confident with all MS Office packages.
