Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and inspire a team.
* Comprehensive knowledge of dementia and elderly care, including an understanding of DOLs (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) and safeguarding regulations.
* Prior experience in overseeing key service provisions and managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with CQC, statutory, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care and quality monitoring.
* Monitor residents wellbeing, respond to changes in care needs, and update care plans as necessary.
* Foster strong community relationships, enhancing the care homes profile within the local area.
* Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, leading the team in implementing the companys vision and values.
* Participate in the local management On-Call Rota.
