Job summary The successful applicant will play a lead role in the development and implementation of the Trust's operational and digital improvement programmes, working closely with the divisional leadership teams and the Transformation programme to convert ideas into assured delivery. The post holder will work as part of the COO office, to deliver these programmes. This role will also provide senior operational support to divisions/services where there is a need for intensive support with operational recovery or where there is a significant unforeseen gap in workforce. Main duties of the job Lead on the assurance of delivery of a Trust-wide portfolio of recovery and improvement programmes to build high quality, sustainable services, including new digital and clinical pathways or models of care. Hold responsibility for the initiation and planning of the project(s) including establishing the project team and board in the context of large-scale improvement programmes across the Trust and beyond into the wider health and social care sector.
