I am seeking a passionate and committed care home deputy manager to join this medium sized, Good rated residential and dementia care home that is highly regarded in the area and part of a growing independent care home group specialising in residential and dementia care of the elderly. Salary: - £40/45 DOE - 40hrs per week supernumerary - plus bonus and benefits Requirements: - Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health and Social Care. - Experience in a leadership role in a care home or similar setting. - Solid knowledge of CQC standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding compliance. - Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. - A positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude.
