Our client is looking for 7-8 month maternity cover position working as an administrative assistant in the buying dept, available from April.
This role is based in the office in Chalgrove and reports into one of their buyers.
The hours are flexible around core hours – ie 8-4 to 9-5, 37.5 hours a week.
Core activities include :-
Sample management – packing and unpacking samples, ensuring they are labelled and stored efficiently. (Not heavy lifting but not suitable for anyone with a bad back).
Working on the Buying excel sheets, adding information from suppliers and key information for selected lines based on weighing and measuring samples
Liaising by email and phone with suppliers to request samples and information
Liaising with our warehouse to resolve any stock queries
Salary pro-rated £23-26,000 pa, depending on experience. You would need to be able to drive here as it’s a fairly rural location
