Salary Details: £33,051.20 - £36,800.40 per annum

Position Overview:
Right2Work is seeking a new Team Manager to lead an exciting expansion of one of its newest ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Adult Day Opportunity programme, Future Choices.
2. Support individuals in their personal development, including skills for independent travel, confidence building through community projects, and everyday life skills.
3. Manage a team of job coaches supporting groups of adults with learning difficulties and disabilities in both classroom settings and the community.
You must be passionate, committed, creative, and have strong values about creating opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people.
An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply).
