I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between sales teams and clients.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Depot Manager on all sales activities within the internal sales office.
* Provide support to both internal and external sales teams to help achieve sales targets set by management.
* Engage in all necessary training related to sales, systems, and products, collaborating with external sales staff, senior managers, and suppliers.
* Handle all sales administration tasks, including quotations, system training, product knowledge updates, dashboard maintenance, and pricing management.
* Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Develop existing business relationships and pursue new leads, working with external sales staff, suppliers, and market intelligence sources.
* Generate and nurture leads while expanding the customer base.
* Network with key industry suppliers through office visits and phone interactions.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Excellent administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Working Hours & Job Type
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
