An outstanding SEN school group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their team at their specialist site in Royston. This is a fulltime, permanent contract. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs. The Role As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of complex needs, including autism and associated learning difficulties. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
