Looking for an experienced individual within the care sector. You will be Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service that has been established for several years and provides care to over 100 clients.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. To line manage the Carers and office staff
2. To be engaged and hands on operationally
3. Focusing on the care and quality
4. Working closely with the Business Development Manager
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Experience within domiciliary care
2. Experience within a management role
3. Great people management skills
4. Commercial awareness
5. Previous experience working to CQC rules and regulations
6. Must be a Driver
