Job Title: Quality Systems Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Systems Manager to join our client's Technical team. This is a key role that will report directly to the Technical Manager and will play a vital part in driving improvements to the site's programmes and systems, ensuring compliance with both industry and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the enhancement and continuous improvement of quality systems across the site.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory and global standards such as BRC and HACCP.
3. Support both internal and external audits, providing expert guidance and ensuring successful outcomes.
4. Maintain and update the site's Quality Systems, keeping all records current and accurate.
5. Manage the internal audit schedule, ensuring audits are conducted effectively and within deadlines.
6. Review, re-write, and update procedures to reflect best practices and any new requirements.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of Quality Systems management and familiarity with compliance standards.
3. Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, and experience working with large-scale retailers is essential.
4. Flexibility on product experience, but a clear track record of managing quality in a similar setting.
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 (Dependent on experience)
