We’re looking for a detail orientated Client Relationship Executive to oversee and manage the arrangement and scheduling of inhouse courses and client relationship services for Mercia’s key accounts in a proactive and timely manner ensuring slick processes and quick turnaround times and excellent client service.

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Working with our Key Account Managers on some of the top spend accounts in the business.
* Managing diaries for Mercia’s consulting and lecturing staff.
* Forging and maintaining professional and helpful relationships with our external clients and helping them make the most of Mercia’s services.
* Setting up and managing consultancy visits and lecturing appointments for Mercia’s staff and subcontractors.
* Telephoning, emailing, and using our secure portal to send confirmations and engagement terms to clients.

You will be working closely with our key account clients to build relationships and rapport, working in a team who are passionate about client care and delivering excellent customer service.
What’s the Most Challenging Thing About This Role?
This is a busy and fast paced role, and you will need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise with strong communication skills. You will be joining the team as they enter into a digital transformation as a new system will be introduced, which, in turn will create new processes and ways of working for you to take onboard.
Essential and desirable capabilities
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Strong English skills, backed by the relevant qualification(s): GCSE, Key Skills or Functional Skills.
* Strong ICT skills and exposure to different systems.
* Ability to negotiate with others and seek resolutions.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Extensive experience in diary scheduling and diary management.
* A good understanding of the accountancy industry and key compliance requirements for firms (desirable, not essential).
* Experience in the same or similar role.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
* Experience in using CRMs.
