Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive who can manage existing client relationships, upsell services, and attract new business by promoting innovative technologies and sustainability services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and target potential customers within the Energy and Sustainability sector through market research and warm leads.
2. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to new clients.
5. Upsell existing products and introduce new technology services.
6. Collaborate with engineers and contractors to close deals effectively.
7. Lead and develop the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in commercial property, building services, energy assessment, or sustainability is highly desirable.
* Proven sales and marketing experience with a track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of the building services and commercial real estate markets is a plus.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
* Existing contacts within the commercial property sector are advantageous.
