The Planning Lead will be working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to embed and develop the new corporate planning process here. Managing all aspects of the process end-to-end, to ensure a customer first, evidence-based and risk aware planning approach. Continuous improvement of the planning process, developing methods to review and evaluate it, which incorporate stakeholder perspectives and aim to increase alignment to our 2030 strategic plan. A key point of contact for corporate planning, who will support the organisation to track progress against plans, analyse our plans and lead on planning communications.

* To manage the development, coordination and execution of the corporate planning process, to ensure effective delivery of the organisation’s goals and objectives.
What are we looking for?
* Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, methodologies and technologies
* An understanding of financial metrics and budgeting
* Knowledge of Objectives and Key results (OKR) planning frameworks
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Able to plan, organise and track activity, with high attention to detail
* Strong project management skills
* Proficiency in planning and project management software
* Able to communicate plans effectively through written and verbal communication to diverse audiences
* Ability to manage capacity and understand resource constraints
* Experience of developing and implementing new corporate planning processes
* Experience in managing corporate planning processes
* Experience of using OKR methodologies for corporate planning
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
