Now, we’re looking for a GTM Manager to support our go-to-market strategy, enhance our outbound motion, and bring our ABM efforts to the next level.
The role
* We’re seeking a GTM Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in speeding up and strengthening our outbound motion while advancing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
* You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to build and optimize go-to-market systems, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, improving operational efficiencies, and contributing to measurable business outcomes.
* This role offers the opportunity to make a big impact by improving the processes that drive pipeline from key accounts, managing data-driven operations, and enabling more effective alignment between marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities
* Build an Advanced GTM Motion: Design and implement a sophisticated outbound strategy that combines custom data points, intent signals, and multi-channel creative to drive pipeline from key accounts.
* Leverage Userled to Win: Use Userled's own platform to scale our ABM efforts, win more deals, and showcase real-world use cases that demonstrate the value of personalization at every stage.
* Create and Optimize Our Tool Stack: Build an integrated tool stack (HubSpot, Clay, La Growth Machine) that accelerates engagement with key accounts. Measure success, iterate quickly, and refine processes—everything is still in the building phase, and you'll help shape it.
* Sales & Marketing Alignment: Streamline collaboration between sales and marketing by optimizing access to marketing materials and insights, enabling sales teams to prioritize and act on high-engagement accounts.
* Track & Report Performance: Build and manage dashboards to monitor the success of marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve overall GTM strategies.
What you’ll Bring
* You have 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, GTM operations, or a related role.
* Strong proficiency in marketing and sales automation tools, with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Clay, and La Growth Machine (or similar CRM and automation platforms).
* Proven track record in supporting and optimizing ABM and outbound motions for B2B SaaS companies, preferably with high-ACV prospects.
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for opportunities to innovate, improve processes, and take ownership of your projects.
* Fast-paced learner and executor, embodying the mindset that "You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take." You’re not afraid to experiment, iterate, and learn as you go.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes.
* You value building in public, sharing insights, tips, and valuable content on platforms like LinkedIn to engage with the community and contribute to the broader conversation.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on moving fast and delivering results.
