Maintaining and updating the statutory registers across a number of companies within the family of businesses.] A ssisting with preparing confidential legal documentation and board reports. Hours: This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week, based at our Head Office inthe village of Blagdon Sounds interesting, what do I need? The successful individual will be personable, professional and flexible in their approach.Working with a selection of internal stakeholders within Yeo Valley, the successful applicantwill need excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.A strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion are essential skills to beingsuccessful in this post. Skills and experience Higher level qualification in law, corporate governance or finance (eg. CILEX, CGI). Proven experience working with confidential information in a high paced business environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage and communicate with Directors, senior management and a wide range of internal stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams. Knowledge of entities management software (eg.
