General Manager - Medium Secure Forensic Services

Main Duties of the Job
You can pivot quickly between competing priorities, and are highly motivated, able to influence others with your diplomatic and inclusive approach to leadership and the delivery of a high-quality service. You will lead, direct, and co-ordinate a high-quality, safe, effective, and efficient service provision to meet the needs of patients, their carers, and families.
Reporting directly to the Care Group Deputy Director, you will be a senior leader in the care unit, spanning all areas of operational activity, providing strategic support to the Clinical Director and overseeing the delivery of service development and improvement. You are responsible for ensuring and strengthening partnership working and collaborative integration with partnership agencies.
You will lead on the commissioning and securing of funding to support the development of service, in addition to leading on developing models of service delivery with Commissioners, users, and carers that reflect national policy and local need.

Qualifications - Academic / Craft / Professional
* Registration with a clinical profession, e.g., NMC, HCPC
