Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a Sales Admin and Support Assistant to work in a permanent role for our client, a specialist manufacturing company, in the Crayford area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Being the first responder on a busy telephone
* Confident on the phone and able to obtain accurate information from the caller
* Accurate filing and archiving of electronic records
* Raising quotes and processing sales orders accurately
* Supporting sales team members
Candidate Requirements
* Experienced and confident handling telephone calls
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good communication / listening skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Staying calm and focussed under pressure
* Confident with MS Word / Excel and ability to learn bespoke systems

Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm with 1 hour lunch break.
