We have an exciting opportunity for a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Manager tobe responsible for the operational delivery of the damp and mould service to domestic properties and communal areas as well as the operational delivery of the disrepair service for domestic and communal areas, including liaison with external legal and contractor specialists when required. Requirements Ensure damp, mould and disrepair service meets statutory, regulatory and best practice requirements Oversee the operational delivery of the damp, mould and disrepair service to domestic properties and communal areas Ensure damp, mould and disrepair service is delivered in-accordance with FCHs policy and procedure with expected outcomes delivered Liaise with and monitor contractors to ensure the service they deliver is in-accordance with contractual requirements Provide guidance to the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor on complex D&M and disrepair cases Line management of Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor Knowledge and Experience Experience of working within social housing or a related sector Experience of leading a damp, mould and disrepair service area Experience in analysing and diagnosing complex problems via data and implementing effective solutions, whilst supporting continuous improvement Demonstrable knowledge of statutory, regulatory and best practice in relation to damp, mould and disrepair requirements, including undertaking corrective action to improve services Subject expert in damp, mould and disrepair cases Benefits £52,920 per annum Full time of 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday Hybrid Working - 3 days in office Great Pension Scheme Full access to an Employee Assistance Program Customer focused, team working environment Employee discount perks including 100s of high street discounts 25 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 30 days after 5 years)
