Our client, a Liability Loss Adjuster, is looking to hire 2 people for both Leeds and SW England locations.
Duties include:
1. Engaging in the handling and investigation of claims pursued/submitted in relation to the following classes of business: Employers Liability Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, Products Liability Insurance, Contractors All Risks Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, First Party.
2. Recording billable time accurately and in accordance with agreed targets set by their Line Manager.
3. Considering and understanding policy cover/principles of indemnity.
4. Arranging appointments as required to facilitate the completion of all necessary enquiries relative to both Policy and Legal Liability.
5. Interviewing all relevant witnesses in anticipation of the preparation of witness statements as appropriate.
6. Preparing Investigation Reports in accordance with KLAL/client templates, detailing findings relative to the evidence collated and recommendations concerning both legal and policy liability.
7. Achieving settlement or defending claims on the most favourable terms.
Essential requirements:
1. A valid Driving license for this field-based position.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
