What You'll Do
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team structures, technical skill requirements, and long-term hiring goals.
* Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering talent, including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps professionals, and more.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from job postings and proactive sourcing to candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, etc.) to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates.
* Build, nurture, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.

Additional Perks
* The salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $125,000 for NY-based candidates, £60,000-£85,000 for London-based candidates, and ₹2,500,000 to ₹3,000,000 for Bangalore-based candidates. Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
