Are you passionate about retail and ready to make a difference in your local community? St Oswald’s Hospice is looking for a Retail Area Manager to oversee and inspire a group of shops, ensuring they thrive in support of our incredible mission.

As our Retail Area Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to drive sales, lead enthusiastic teams, and become a champion for our hospice values. This role requires a full, current driving licence and access to a car.
What You’ll Do:
1. Boost Success: Achieve sales targets and maximise income across our shops.
2. Inspire Teams: Train, motivate, and support shop managers, assistant managers, and volunteers to deliver their best.
3. Enhance Experiences: Ensure our shops are welcoming, well-stocked, and a joy to visit.
4. Drive Growth: Support strategic initiatives to expand and improve our retail presence.

1. Experience: Proven success in retail management with a passion for leading and mentoring teams.
2. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and IT abilities, alongside excellent customer service.
3. Drive: A self-motivated individual ready to overcome challenges and deliver results.
