The Role
The Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s creative output, overseeing concept development, branding, and multi-channel campaigns. Working closely with strategists and account managers, this individual will be responsible for delivering high-impact creative solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring innovative and effective visual storytelling.
* Managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
* Overseeing the development of branding, social media, digital content, and print materials.
* Presenting creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating emerging technologies into creative processes.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
The Ideal Candidate
* A highly creative individual with 5+ years of experience in a senior creative or design role, ideally within an agency.
* A strong conceptual thinker with an impressive portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital content.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring creative teams.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
* A solid understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and brand strategy.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
