We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join Teahching Personnel, to work closesly with fanatastic Primary and Secondary SEN Schools across Lancashire! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and work in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Location: All of Lancashire including; Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackpool, East Lancashire
Hours: 08.30-3.30; Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP.
Your Role:
- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and adapting materials to suit students' needs
- Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils
- Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Providing emotional and behavioral support where needed
What we are looking for:
- A passion for working with children with SEN
- A relevant qualification (or currently studying at postgraduate level) in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, SEN, etc.)
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive and positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
