We are looking for an excellent, self-motivated HR Officer to assist in taking our small team to the next level. This is a pivotal role in our administration team and an exciting time to be joining Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust.

Responsible to: Finance & Support Services Manager
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (35 Hours)
Location: The Old Mill, Soar Lane, Leicester and other sites.
This is an exciting time to be joining LRWT as we look to grow and engage with new audiences. LRWT is a Wildlife Trust, and our vision and mission is to protect local wildlife and enable nature’s recovery.
You will be reporting to the Finance & Support Services Manager and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust.
We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of UK employment laws and regulations. You should be educated to a degree level or hold at least two years of experience within an HR role.

This is a pivotal role in our administration team. Reporting to the Finance & Support Services Manager, you will manage our day-to-day HR needs and develop our current systems further.
