Have you got the determination and desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in East Suffolk and North Essex?
The Dame Clare Marx Building houses our brand new Essex and Suffolk Elective Orthopaedic Centre (ESEOC) and focuses on providing ringfenced surgery and post operative rehabilitation for orthopaedics across the SNEE. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations team in the newly created role of Operational Coordinator. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day line management of our administrative team, ensuring that a high quality comprehensive service is delivered. You will work closely with the Assistant General Manager and Head of Operations to drive forward the utilisation and realise the benefits of surgical hub operating.
You will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the public and all levels of staff. This is a key role within the Centre, so we need someone who will ensure that the Trust's values are upheld at all times to maintain the expected high standards.
If you have exceptional proven managerial skills, a strong focus on business, finance, and performance, and want to be a part of our new centre of excellence, then we would love to hear from you.

2. The Operational Coordinator will take responsibility for managing the ESEOC rota cover and supporting the Assistant General Manager to drive theatre utilisation.
