Main duties
Processing and logging all project data, including entering information into electronic formats (MS Excel mainly)
Assisting with the development, review, updating and distribution of all resident communication documentation/material, ensuring high quality and compliance with client/project requirements
Work with site staff to implement effective practices
Book appointments with residents for surveys and works
Answer calls from residents and pass queries onto the appropriate project teams
Send out letters in mail merges to residents
Skills and knowledge
Confident oral and written communication skills
Communicate effectively with all those who have a stake in the work
Effectively manage time to meet deadlines
Previous experience within administration in a construction environment would be an advantage
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and good level of capability with other MS Office suite programmes
Experience of working in customer-facing environment
Highly organised, persistent individual with an eye for detail
