Reed Accountancy and Finance are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a fixed term contract basis. In return, the client is offering a salary of CIRCA 25k Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Day-to-day of the role: Support the purchase ledger function. Conduct monthly reconciliations of supplier and bank statements. Process subcontractor work agreements. Reconcile control accounts, including Hotel Rezlynx information and income control accounts. Prepare purchase summaries and expenditure analyses for individual departments. Perform general office duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in purchase ledger work, ideally within a busy office environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Strong IT aptitude, with essential knowledge of Excel. Capability to meet monthly deadlines and handle complex reconciliations. Benefits: Competitive salary with profit share and bonus scheme.
