Role: IT Account Manager

We are currently representing a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing IT company. Our client is seeking a driven individual with a proven background in account management, particularly within the IT sector, to help manage their existing client portfolio while identifying opportunities for growth.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary contact for the company's clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions to meet clients' needs.
* Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ business objectives and offering tailored advice and solutions.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services.
* Monitoring client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer retention.
* Achieving performance targets related to account growth and retention.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in account management, ideally within the IT industry.
* A strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, networking, and managed IT support.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
