Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing construction-related legal matters, including disputes, contract negotiations, and documentation.
* Provide support to senior solicitors in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
* Conduct legal research on construction law topics, providing insights and reports as needed.
* Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to provide updates and support as required.
* Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining case files and managing deadlines.
* Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and court submissions.
Ideal Candidate:
* Have completed a law degree (or equivalent) and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in construction law.
* Previous completion of the LPC or SQE is desirable but not essential.
* Be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Show the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure, with a keen attention to deadlines.
* Be highly motivated to grow and develop within a supportive legal environment.
