Equans is recruiting for an Apprentice Electrician on our HMCTS contract. You will be based onsite at Bristol Civil Justice Centre. This is a 48 month fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and work towards completing your electrical qualifications.
What will you deliver?
* Actively participating in learning, personal development, and apprenticeship training.
* Assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across a variety of properties.
* Developing the ability to interpret design drawings, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
* Maintaining and caring for company tools and equipment.
* Supporting a wide range of operations, including building maintenance, site management, and customer service.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Performing quality checks and contributing to site compliance standards.
* Supporting operational performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Managing small project works and contributing to helpdesk operations, including client requests and relationship management.
* Liaising with subcontractors and skilled staff.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance documentation.

Who are we looking for?
* GCSEs at Grade A-C including maths and English
* Previous work experience
* A passion for facilities management
* This role includes a BPSS Security check therefore ability to pass is essential.
