Our ambitious client in Waltham Abbey are looking for a Key Account Executive. The biggest part of this role involves building and maintaining relationships with key business executives, addressing client queries, managing stock levels, and following established business processes. In addition, the Key Account Executive will play a key role in resolving issues that arise throughout the process and ensuring that all teams involved meet and maintain Service Level Agreements, ensuring smooth and timely execution of tasks and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have completed a similar office based role previously with excellent Customer Service and Administration skills. Key Details: Account Executive Waltham Abbey Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Salary to be discussed on screening call with recruiter - but competitive. Responsibilities: Manage and navigate multiple databases and systems, including Bamboo and client-specific systems. Oversee, track, and transfer quarantined or processed stock to the appropriate departments. Execute month-end invoicing procedures and coordinate with the Accounts Department. Skills: Previous experience in a Customer Care role is essential. Proficient level of Excel, Word, and Outlook skills is required. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
