The Role: Support Advisor As a Support Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and seamless experience for our students. You’ll be the friendly face they turn to, ensuring they feel supported, welcomed, and set up for success from day one. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and customer service while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact : Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service at reception, supporting students, staff, and visitors with inquiries and needs. Facilitate student success : Assist students during induction, including late arrivals, and help them settle into their academic journey. Maintain accurate records : Process and input data related to admissions, enrolment, attendance, programme administration, and assessment. Support student engagement : Help follow up on non-engagement with class and assessment activities. Ensure smooth operations : Support the set-up of examinations, perform invigilation duties, and assist with the arrival and departure of students at Duryard Halls. Enrich the student experience : Promote and prepare activities for the social programme, fostering a sense of community. Provide administrative support : Prepare documents, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely administrative processes. What We’re Looking For A friendly, approachable individual who enjoys working with people. Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
