We are recruiting for a Part-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join a leading international company based in Watford.
This varied role will see you working with a focus on accounts payable duties, but with additional tasks including online banking, posting receipts and payments, and reconciliations.

Key responsibilities:
* Processing invoices
* Raising payments to suppliers
* Setting up and maintaining customer and supplier records
* Resolving queries and reconciling accounts
* Review and process employee expenses
* Managing online banking, including posting receipts and payments
* Month end reconciliations
* Assistance with credit control
* Assistance with year-end audits
What the employer is looking for:
* Proven bookkeeping and accounts payable management experience
* Confident in using Excel
* A proactive approach and self-starter
* Any experience working with multi-currency invoicing would be beneficial, but not essential
* Experience using varied accounting systems would be beneficial, but not essential
