They would develop a rounded training in both clinical and managerial aspects of care. In additional to Acute Medical care there will be an opportunity for suitable candidates to develop at specialty interest. The job plan would comprise of 80% clinical based in Acute Medical care/specialty ( 6 month rotation) with 20 % development.
