We are now recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator.
This role sits within the Enterprise Network Team, who deliver complex and bespoke technical solutions for Focus Group’s large customers, as part of Focus Group’s major customer revenue stream.
The role of Support Executive is to provide accurate, detail oriented, administrative and operational support to the ensure the successful delivery of all services across Enterprise Networks. You will represent and promote the department by delivering exceptional end to end support across a wide variety of tasks, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
The position is responsible for a broad range of tasks including order processing, quoting customers, logging sales data, and providing overall administrative support to the wider Enterprise Networks Team. Day to day you will provide support to the team utilizing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in order to effectively communicate the progress of customer orders and projects.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties
* Raising deal regs with multiple vendors
* Obtaining pricing, producing customer quotes & raising purchase orders for the Account Directors
* Maintenance Database Management & creation of Customer Contracts
* Liaising with Distribution & Vendors
* Liaising with customers and vendors for delivery of goods
* Booking Engineers travel & accommodation etc.
* Diary management for Enterprise Networks Team
* Working closely with Account Directors and Project Manager’s to ensure project success
* Stock control
* Supplier invoice approvals
* Internal re-charge approvals
* Onboarding new starters prior to start date (ordering of new desks, IT equipment, email addresses and system access)
* Supporting Head of Enterprise Sales with Cisco Accreditations & rebate claims
* Supporting Director of Enterprise with monthly sales commissions
* Help where needed with Marketing & Team Events
* Attending relevant presentations, exhibitions, and conferences
* Managing 3rd party insurance documentation
* Billing customers and Monthly accounts reconciliation
