Duties
1. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
2. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
4. Utilise in house software and cloud based systems to manage and record activities of staff members.
5. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using spreadsheets.
6. Provide clerical support such as filing, typing documents, and preparing reports as needed.
7. Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
8. Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents to facilitate easy access to information.
Skills
1. Proficient in computerised systems with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
4. Ability to type quickly and accurately, contributing to efficient data entry processes.
5. Familiarity with spreadsheets, particularly Excel is essential and will be tested at interview.
6. Strong clerical skills complemented by a professional attitude towards phone and email etiquette and customer service.
