We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Reporting and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data analysis initiatives and reporting processes, ensuring that our leadership teams have access to the data and insights they need to make informed decisions. You will work closely with various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide custom reporting solutions. As the Lead Reporting and Data Analyst, you will be expected to utilize advanced analytical techniques and data visualization tools to create reports that not only present data but also highlight trends, forecasts, and key performance indicators. You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate on projects to improve data collection and reporting processes. Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of reporting solutions to meet organizational needs.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and create effective data visualizations.
Mentor junior analysts in analytical practices and reporting frameworks.
Develop and maintain dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms and processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve data collection processes and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
Experience in leading data analysis projects and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and modeling.

Pay Per Annum: £42.18
