This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Technician to work as a member of a well-established and supportive team providing a first line technical support service to staff and students ensuring an effective and impactful delivery of the curriculum. The role will also include maintaining and developing ICT resources (networked and stand-alone PCs and iPads) ensuring that systems are operational and available for use at the required times, and providing in-class support for staff and students as required.
When requested, you will help to train and support staff and students in the use of innovative digital technologies and be responsible for the administrative co-ordination and general IT support function across the whole school.
The successful candidate will be an effective team player who is driven to provide the best outcomes for the students by supporting staff and each other. They will have the ability to manage and prioritise their time successfully and be able to communicate clearly and confidently with staff and students. The ideal candidate will be interested in continuing their own learning, exploring the variety of facets of the role in order to offer the best supportive solutions for staff and students.
