About the Job
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a passionate mentor to support Royal Artillery soldiers through their Apprenticeship, providing the opportunity to work with military and civilian personnel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing learner work and providing constructive feedback.
2. Supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey.
3. Offering guidance and inspiration to help them thrive.
