We are currently looking for a Temporary Part Time Bookkeeper 2-3 days a week (not Friday) for a property investment company based in Harrow. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and working on various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate must be immediately available, have Sage 50 experience and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Intermediate/Advanced Excel. Please see a brief description of the duties below: Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software. Strong knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements. Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements. Knowledge to prepare the VAT Return. Knowledge to post the complex journals, payroll journals and intercompany reconciliation. Managing filing of documents efficiently both on the system and manually. General administrative activities.
