Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Lancashire, Skelmersdale Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour Job Duties: Provide support to students on a one-to-one basis Assist with educational activities as directed by the teacher Help students with learning difficulties or disabilities Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Education: Relevant teaching assistant qualification is preferred Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development and learning processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Patience and empathy towards students Preferred Qualifications: Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Working Conditions: This role may involve working in a classroom setting with children under the supervision of a teacher.
