The International Relations Manager is key in establishing, nurturing, and enhancing relationships with embassies that refer patients for private medical care across all HCA facilities in London. Additionally, ensuring that embassy-referred patients receive exceptional care while reinforcing HCA’s reputation as a premier provider of private healthcare services for international Patients. What you’ll do: Lead and support both existing and new partnerships with embassies, acting as a key liaison to enhance engagement and ensure continued patient referrals Serve as a primary point of contact for all embassy-referred patients, overseeing referrals, appointment scheduling, and admissions to ensure a smooth and efficient process Provide a high-quality, patient-centered service by proactively addressing embassy and patient needs, ensuring clear communication, and resolving any issues in a timely manner Liaise with consultants and clinical staff regarding medical opinions, appointments, treatment plans, updates for patients Developing strong links with embassies colleagues as well as consultants Arrange appointments and admissions for embassy patients in a timely fashion Ensuring efficient processes for collating LOG’s and support consultants and medical secretaries with this Work with the corporate team to organise events and seminars What you’ll bring: Comprehensive understanding of cultural and religious issues affecting the administration of patient care Degree level education preferable, however management experience within a private hospital’s international department is of primary importance, ideally covering multiple facilities Minimum 5 years’ experience at manager level within a private hospital international department Account/project management necessary Medical Terminology qualification preferable Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Why HCA UK? As a International Relations Manager you’ll be eligible for: For 40 hours full time contracts, 264 hours holiday each year (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing with service, with option to buy or sell leave to suit you.
