Aramark UK have a great opportunity for a dynamic inspirational hospitality leader to join us as a Warehouse Manager at Everton Football Club. The impressive brand-new Bramley-Moore Liverpool stadium is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the management and movement and control of all stock for Aramark for the new Everton Stadium located on Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool.
You will take a considered, process driven manner that is market leading in its approach. In addition, the role will be to support departmental managers with event day stocking in and out, receipt of goods and equipment alongside your day-to-day role of staffing, stock rotation, PPM and maintenance support.
This is a full time and permanent position which will be based the stunning, new, Everton Stadium, due to open for the new season in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
* Management and maintain all storage locations and warehouses to required par levels.
* Support management and delegates with leadership and ensure that your predefined standard operating procedures are adhered to.
* Ensure that support team rotas and budgets are submitted 4 weeks prior to the date of delivery.
* Support or complete full stock takes and line checks regularly, investigating anomalies and full and accurate recording of stock movement and wastage.
* Weekly monitoring of stock levels of liquor & disposables & cleaning and chemicals
* Audit of digital records on stock holdings and order to bring back up to par
* Ensure understanding, awareness and compliance with all the Company’s security, stock control, loss prevention and keyholder procedures, understanding accountability and consequences.
* Promote a culture of communication within your team and the wider operational team to mitigate issues that could impact on service delivery.
* Provide clear guidance to your team in an open and development focused format that enhances skills within the team and wider stadia operations.
* Development of quality assurance processes and procedures to maximise efficiency.
* Manage the flow of product from delivery to receipt
* Regularly evaluate the logistics operations practices and implement support with documentation, streamline opportunities, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
* Providing adequate support to the operational departments, ensuring the logistics department are on hand to deliver all necessary pre-agreed service objectives.
* Work closely with procurement and make personal recommendations based on knowledge and experience to improve products and service.
* Manage the distribution and delivery of stock in a timely manner, while being adaptable to last minute requirements.
* Assess all operational activity to ensure all areas are operating successfully, adhering to all Company standards and in line with Company policies and procedures and manage any queries as appropriate.
* Ensure that all beer lines and systems are maintained throughout the stadium, ensuring that all records are always kept up to date and challenge respectfully where required.
Key Requirements:
* Flexibility to work across the events schedule which will include some late nights, evenings and weekends
* Show an adaptable nature to problem solve and support in the delivery of an outstanding service
* At least 2 years experience in an arena or stadium is required for this role.
