We are looking for a driven IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team. This role focuses on supporting users and maintaining IT systems for both on-site and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT support for on-site staff and remote teams.
* Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up and disabling system access.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Manage IT documentation and inventory.
* Administer user accounts and permissions.
* Offer IT training to staff.
* Assist with implementing and configuring IT systems.
* Conduct PAT testing.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in an office-based IT support role.
* Familiarity with Windows laptops, Android, and Apple devices.
* Basic understanding of servers and networking.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern office tools.
Desirable
* Experience in tech support or telecom systems.
* Knowledge of enterprise management systems for Apple and Android devices.
* Familiarity with Microsoft cloud systems.
* Full UK driving license (for occasional travel).
