Your Role:
Renewals and Client Servicing:
Manage and renew an established book of rural clients, providing tailored, regulated insurance advice.
Deliver high-quality service to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Business Development:
Build new business pipelines through networking and exhibitions.
Cultivate relationships with key introducers, such as land agents and professional practices.
Market Expertise:
Act as a referral point for rural insurance matters, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Strategic Growth:
Identify opportunities to enhance the portfolio, increasing both client base and revenue
streams.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least three years in a client-facing insurance role, ideally with rural market expertise.
• Community Connections: Existing relationships within the rural sector to build and develop the client base.
• Ambition: A driven professional eager to develop into leadership and contribute to the business’s long-term strategy.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in managing and growing a portfolio, with a focus on both client retention and new business generation.
